Fairness and Conscious Business in the Spiritual World – an Honest Reflection
In the world of yoga, healing, and conscious work, we often talk about connection, love, and support. But what happens when those very values get lost in the business side of things?
Wellness & Yoga Platform Mallorca – a Blessing or a Wake-Up Call?
Over the past years, many yoga and wellness platforms in Mallorca have emerged to help people discover local teachers and retreats. These platforms can be wonderful bridges between practitioners and clients – when they operate with fairness and transparency.
But sometimes, I notice an imbalance. When platforms start charging high commissions, it becomes almost impossible for practitioners to offer fair prices to their clients without undervaluing their own work.
I’m not here to criticize. I truly see the potential of these spaces when they’re run with integrity and heart. Still, I believe it’s time we start talking more openly about fair pay, appreciation, and conscious collaboration in the wellness industry.
My Experience with Platforms – Transparency in Conscious Business
Transparency matters to me, so here’s where I currently stand:
Platforms I currently enjoy collaborating with
Platforms I no longer work with
Mallorca Yoga – I was listed there for a while but decided to stop my offerings after the commission structure changed significantly. I truly hope for models that benefit both practitioners and clients equally and where practitioners are treated respectfully.
Each platform has its own vision and purpose – my decision doesn’t mean they’re “wrong,” but simply that they no longer align with my values of fairness, consciousness, and energetic balance.
Why Fair Pay and Conscious Collaboration Matter
At the end of the day, it’s not about numbers – it’s about the kind of world we want to co-create.A world where spirituality, fairness, and sustainability are reflected not only in our teachings but also in our business ethics.
✨ My invitation: When you book yoga, healing, or coaching sessions – take a moment to ask who truly benefits.Often, it’s more aligned (and heartfelt) to connect directly with the practitioner rather than booking through platforms that take large commissions.
Let’s Bring Awareness into Business
I’d love to open this space for honest sharing:
👉 How do you feel about this topic?
👉 Have you had similar experiences – as a provider or as a client?
Let’s support each other consciously – in practice and in business.
