Cancellation Policy

Scope of Application These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Lena Düchting (hereinafter "Provider") and the users of the offered services. Contract Conclusion and Bookings a. The booking of services is done by the customer through this booking platform. b. The contract between the customer and Lena Düchting is concluded by the confirmation of the booking. Prices and Payment a. The prices for the offered services are published on the Online Courses page. b. Payment is made in advance or on-site and can be done via PayPal. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation up to 7 days before the session: 30% cancellation fee (the deposit is non-refundable). Cancellation within 5 days before the session: 50% of the total booking price will be charged. Cancellation within 2 days before the session or in case of a no-show: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. General Disclaimer Lena Düchting (hereinafter "the Yoga Teacher") assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or in connection with the Vinyasa yoga sessions or other events, unless these are due to gross negligence or intent of the Yoga Teacher. Individual Responsibility of Participants Participation in the yoga sessions is at the participants' own responsibility. The Yoga Teacher is not responsible for health impairments or injuries caused by pre-existing medical conditions of the participants. Health Restrictions Participants are required to inform the Yoga Teacher of any relevant health restrictions, injuries, or other conditions that could affect their participation in the exercises before the start of the yoga session. Changes and Cancellations by Lena Düchting Lena Düchting reserves the right to change appointments or cancel services, especially due to force majeure. In this case, the customer will be informed immediately, and any amounts already paid will be refunded. Final Provisions a. Changes to these terms and conditions must be in writing. b. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin. Customer Responsibilities a. The customer is responsible for arriving on time for the booked appointment with Lena Düchting. If the customer does not arrive within 10 minutes after the class starts, the class will be canceled at cost. A refund is excluded.
