Erlebe tiefe Entspannung bei einem privaten Sound Bath auf Mallorca, begleitet von den sanften Schwingungen von Kristallklangschalen und weiteren harmonischen Instrumenten. Diese meditative Klangheilungs-Session beruhigt das Nervensystem, reduziert Stress und fördert innere Balance sowie Achtsamkeit. Ideal für Einzelpersonen, Paare oder kleine Gruppen bis zu 5 Personen (größere Gruppen auf Anfrage), die gemeinsam entspannen, neue Kraft schöpfen und einen ruhigen, bewussten Moment genießen möchten. Verfügbar auf Englisch, Deutsch oder Spanisch – in eurer Villa, am Strand oder als Teil eines privaten Retreats auf Mallorca.
Umbuchung & Kündigung
1. Scope of Application These Terms & Conditions apply to all services offered by Yoga Offsite, represented by Lena Düchting (hereinafter “the Provider”), including Private Yoga, Sound Baths, Yoga & Sound Bath combinations, Cacao Ceremonies, Online Sessions, and Retreats. By submitting a booking request or attending, clients agree to these terms. 2. Booking & Contract Submitting a booking request via the website or email is non-binding. A binding contract is established once confirmed in writing by the provider. Prices vary based on group size, duration, and location. 3. Services Session content and flow may vary depending on the group’s needs, weather, or venue. The provider reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions in cases of illness or force majeure. In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. 4. Participation Requirements Participation is at the client’s own responsibility. Clients confirm that they are physically and mentally fit to take part in yoga, meditation, or sound healing sessions. Health conditions, injuries, or pregnancy must be communicated in advance. These sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. 5. Liability Waiver The provider assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from self-inflicted harm, negligence, or disregard of instructions. No responsibility is taken for personal belongings. Participation is entirely at the client’s own risk. 6. Cancellation Policy Free cancellation up to 5 days before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 5 days before will be charged in full. No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours. If the provider cancels due to illness, weather, or unforeseen events, a new date or full refund will be offered. 7. Data Protection Personal data (name, email, phone number, address) is collected solely for communication and booking purposes, in accordance with the Privacy Policy on www.yogaoffsite.com/privacy . 8. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction: Paderborn, Germany. Organizer & Provider: Lena Düchting, Yoga Offsite.
